Tennaqua is a club where you will make some of the best friends of your life.
The summer season kicks off Memorial Day Weekend with a Opening Party where new members are introduced to the club and have a chance to get acquainted wih the Tennaqua community. Swimsuits and racquets by day, capris and strappy sandals by night, it is a non-stop summer of tennis, swimming and social events with Friday Night Dinners and Family Day being on the top of everyone’s list. Members invite friends to enjoy a cool drinks, appetizers, lunch or dinner at the grill following a swim or social game of tennis or pickleball.
There is an entire year of social events planned for you to relax, enjoy and get acquainted with every member of the Tennaqua family. Summer Tennis and Summer Socials keep everyone active and include fabulous variety of food and drink. The Paddle Courts come alive in Fall with festive themed events that are well attended by paddle players and non-paddle players. Past events have included Oktoberfest, Chili Cook-off, Holiday Party and Paddle & Pinot to name a few.
Kids are always kept busy at Tennaqua. In the summer, they scamper between the pool, tennis courts, the sport court and the playground. They play water games and have relays at Family Day, which is a very popular event for young and old. Even on a rainy day kids may meet up in the Clubhouse for card games and ice cream. In the fall and winter kids love the special
Paddle and Pizza Night held “just for kids!” Kids lose track of time as they grow up having fun at Tennaqua.
The club can be rented out private parties and events. Celebrate a child’s birthday with a pool party or host an office party on the grounds or in the Paddle Lodge. Tennaqua is here for you to make the most of every season.
